INTRODUCTION // Welcome to Believers, the website companion to the story Never Outgrown, by Tenna (that's me XD). This is the place where I house links to the story -- along with all the silly photoshop things I make pertaining to the story, list some influences, websites that have helped me -- anything like that. Basically it's my collection of random junk that relates to the misadventure of the Vargary's. So look around and find out more about behind-the-scenes of Never Outgrown. ABOUT // Never Outgrown was a story I decided to start after a visit to Disney World in May 2006. We only went for two days this particular trip, so we ended up seeing all four parks in a limited amount of time (we were in Florida to visit my father -- HI DAD XD). After we got back, I had the basic idea for this because I've always been a nerd for Hidden Mickeys (and DW in general) and I thought it would be a fun thing to ramble about. I thought of the ideas for the three main characters first, then based the story around them and their interactions with one another. Whenever I write, I always seem to have actors in my head that would work well for the characters -- and in this case, the actors I thought of were the perfect inspiration for each (there's more on that in the section below XD). Basically, this story is about three siblings, the Vargary's, who take a trip with their parents to Disney World. Little do they know they're going to be caught up in a hunt around the four parks for Hidden Mickeys, to save none other than the big cheese (har har pun!) himself, Mickey Mouse. Normally, this isn't my genre (this is more family fantasy, while I usually go with sci-fi/cyberpunk/insanity -- hee), but I couldn't resist writing this one. ;D

CHARACTERS // Name: Asher Vargary (the Dreamer) Age: 18 Eyes/Hair: brown/brown Favorite Park: MGM Studios/Disney Studios Bio: The oldest and the one that the other two look up to (although Aiden would never admit that), Asher is a good brother. He's been going to Disney with his family for years now, and even though he admits the magic is missing (as much as he doesn't want it to be) -- he swears there's still some spark there... something. He just can't put his finger on it. Besides Allana, he's the first to start realizing that what they've stumbled upon is anything but a dream... which he's secretly quite content with. Actor: Jared Padalecki Why?: Proof that Padalecki can play the overprotective older brother. ;D Also, he just has that vibe. Name: Aiden Vargary (the Cynic) Age: 15 Eyes/Hair: blue/brown Favorite Park: Epcot Bio: Always the skeptic, Aiden is the one trying to find the loophole here. He swears Disney is using them for some secret promotion of some new thing they're doing. Once he grudgingly accepts the facts that it's real, he falters a couple times during the adventure and almost gets himself hurt. He's always admired Disney and the thought they put into things, but this whole ordeal was just odd. All he wanted to do was ride the rides and he just had to get caught up into this. What a vacation, yo. Actor: Lou Taylor Pucci Why?: Aw, he can play a dorky little brother in a non-indie flick. Heee! PLUS THAT SMIRK. Name: Allana Vargary (the Believer) Age: 8 Eyes/Hair: brown/dark brown Favorite Park: Magic Kingdom Bio: The youngest and the only one who believes from the start, Allana was brought up on Disney. Movies, toys, everything. She had already planned on getting married and living at Disney World, so any chance she got to go, she jumped at the prospect, planning months in advance for the trip. Aiden seems to think Allana is what drove a wedge between he and Asher but during this little mishap adventure, he changes his tune, much like the Vargary's change their tune about a lot of things. Actor: Jodelle Ferland Why?: She's not just a little horror child. XD AND SHE'S ADORABLE.

STORY // The story will be separated into parts, with each park usually making up a part of the story near the middle. Estimating right now, there will be about twelve parts. And once they are up to par, they will be linked right here in this section. ;D Notice there is nothing linked right now, because the story is still in rough draft stages. ABOUT TENNA // And here is where I go into third person and tell you a little bit about myself. Tenna's real name is Heather, although she goes by either (or BOB). She enjoys webdesign, sleeping and costuming -- along with writing. Her birthday is December 29th and she does accept gifts of randomosity and mashed potatoes. As of now, if you asked her what her favorite movie was, she would most likely spout out one of the following: Clue, The Warriors or Silent Hill. The Silent Hill series goes for video games too, as well the following series: Grand Theft Auto, Kingdom Hearts & Myst. As for music: Sneaker Pimps, I AM X, Kenna, Men Women & Children and Orgy. Heather is also a huge Star Wars nerd and if Jacen and Tenel Ka do not end up together in the end of the Whole Damn Thing, she will weep and weep for days. Then get over it and just continue to write fanfiction about them. She also plays way too much Animal Crossing: Wild World on her Nintendo DS.
