Heather is a sassy, street-smart individual, giving Konami's Silent Hill series it's first female lead. Her attitude in the game is a fun one to follow. She warms up to certain characters and tells others to screw off. She's a nice refreshing lead character.

Her name is Heather Morris. People always complain and say "THAT'S THE NAME OF THE ACTRESS, NOT HER." Yes. It is the name of the actress. But the Mason's have pseudonyms now, remember? After Harry shot and killed that cultist, the Masons had the move and 'hide' --- therefore changing Heather's full name to 'Heather Morris' ... and come on, how obvious would it have been if they came right out and announced her name as HEATHER MASON. I know a lot of people who had NO idea until Vincent mentioned 'Harry' - in their first meeting. So yes. HEATHER MORRIS = alias for CHERYL MASON.

Heather Morris is a teenager who likes to hang out at the mall and spend time with her friends. At first, we see her in an abandoned Amusement Park and she has an experience with a runaway roller coaster. She wakes up and realizes she's in a restaurant. She had fallen asleep at the table. After she calls her father and avoids a persistent detective, a few more events lead her into everyone's favorite resort town, Silent Hill. Read more about the start of the game here.
