In the fall of 2007, both of us realized how crazy obsessed we were getting with our King books. We couldn't wait till we could get our hands on one we hadn't read yet or a new one was coming out (we foamed at the mouth for Duma Key) -- so we figured we'd channel all of our crazy energy into something creative and The Kingdom was born. :D

It started out with the board, because we had the urge to roleplay as a bunch of King characters with a crazy little storyline and then we kept getting all these other ideas for sites and fanworks and such. We took our favorite King characters as aliases on the site here and continue to add and grow this little garden of oddness. So keep an out for all the crazy things we'll be coming up with here!
