... [ THE NOTE ]
This is the note you find in Sirrus' wine rack in his little demented hidden area in the Mechanical Age. [ Achenar has nice handwriting. X) ] From this note we can assume Sirrus is a greedy little bum. *nod* Well, we can assume that from all of his wine, riches, etc. in his rooms. But this just pushes the greed theory farther. And I mean, come on, you know those brothers are corrupted when they call the people of the age, "my subjects" ---jeez, you'd think they were gods or something.
[ Can we say, "GEHN SYNDROME?" ]
And dude, new tax?! That makes you wonder how many taxes there were before that... You have to wonder about these two. *shakes head*
... [ ROOMS ]
Here are pictures of the brother's rooms and what they contain.
Stoneship Age;
Sirrus - Sirrus' room is very ornate and sophiticated. But there's waaaay more to it than meets the eye. It may seem like he's high-class but just wait till you look deeper into the recesses before judging him. His bed and most of his room is a deep red that matches the smooth wood around the room. There are weird globe contraptions that light up on either side of the bed. His drawers contain riches and jewels and fabrics... one of which being a pattern of the symbol of the dreaded black ships. Oh dear, now what could THAT be doing in there?! Hehe. His desk contains--- oh look! Some drugs and a knife! See? Sirrus isn't so "clean-cut"~
Achenar - Achenar's room in the Stoneship Age conatains many... fun things. Number One: the ribcage lamp, very.... stylish. It's on a long table that also holds many nice bottles of poison (you can see the infamous skull and crossbones). His bed is bare and stained and he also has his happy death masks on the wall. On his chest of drawers sits an interesting device. You push the switch and a hologram of a rose appears above the device... when you slide the lever on the front, the rose transforms into a skull. You knew he couldn't be that sweet. His drawers contain maps, maps and more maps. Oh, and part of that important paper you need to solve the game--- the right way!
Mechanical Age;
Sirrus - This room rivals Stoneship's in riches. Around this room (and in his hidden cache), you'll find: wine, wine glasses, gold, more $$$, a mechanical chirping bird, a telescope and models of clocktowers, rockets and a ship that look familiar. Also in his hidden cache you'll THE NOTE from Achenar to Sirrus about a new tax. ^___^ Yes, ANOTHER new tax.
Achenar - Ah yes. This is THE room. Around here, you'll find numerous fun items. Masks, swords, maces, axes, chains, etc. There's a cloth covering the sliver of a window and there's a lovely box containing a very realistic metal snake. O_O His cache contains a nice skull, an electrocuting cage, a meat clever and lots of poisons! That's our boy! >_<
Channelwood Age;
Sirrus - Sirrus has a view of the windmill from one of his windows. His Channelwood room contains the other half of the note you need to solve the game the right way, more wine bottles (there's a surprise. >_<), a sink, a bed, a really evil dagger (O_O), etc. An interesting thing in his room is the group of chairs in the corner. There's pieces of a broken chair... the group of them and the way they look indicate a struggle maybe? Or maybe someone was just a bit angry... :P
Achenar - this room is bare. O_O His bed doesn't even have a mattress. His walls are bare and patchy compared to the smooth wood walls of Sirrus' room and his hut looks thrown together, whereas his brother's is near perfection. Achenar has a holographic imager in his corner. Three of the messages are chants of his and the other message is as follows:
SIRRUS - Myst Masterpiece version: I hope I pushed the right button, my dear brother. What a very interesting device you have here. I'm not erasing anything important, am I? (laughter --- sighs and says more seriously) Remember, he is preparing. Take only one page, my dear brother.
SIRRUS - realMyst version: I hope I pushed the right button. Very interesting device, dear brother. I'm not erasing anything important, am I? He is preparing. Remember, take only one page.
Selenitic Age;
Sirrus - since the boy's don't really have rooms in the Selenitic Age, their pages are set at certain places where the boys would most likely hang out (as the gamer, we are led to believe that). The red page is found at the Stone Forest. It's a platform in the middle of the water, surrounded by tall rock/crystals. (They look different depending on which version of Myst you're playing.) The wind blows through them and makes a very soothing noise that Sirrus would most likely find comforting. He's into that calm, collected, evil-in-a-really-subtle-way stuff.
Achenar - Achenar's blue page is sitting up on a hill, by the fountain/oasis. The water makes a slight trickle noise. Maybe Achenar thought it was like some type of water torture. :P We know how he is with that type of stuff. O_O

If you have any you want to add to the list, send them to me and I'll put them online, with proper credit of course. ^_^
you know you love sirrus and achenar too much when---
-- you play Myst (after playing it through billions of times) just to see Sirrus and/or Achenar
-- you save the game in front of either the red or blue book with the corresponding page just so you can load it whenever you want and watch them beg you to let them out
-- you constantly fight with your sibling because he/she wants to put a new tax on the pets (aka his/her "subjects")
-- YOU want to put a new tax on the pets
-- you've perfected Achenar's signature and you can forge it if you had to (for some odd reason)
-- you can giggle like Achenar
-- you can make Sirrus' "calm/collected" faces
-- you write fanfictions about the brothers somehow escaping their prison books and causing more havoc on Myst
-- whenever you see a book in the store that's bright blue or bright red you gasp and pick it up calling out the brother's names ("ARE YOU IN THERE!?!?")
-- you have every nook and cranny of their bedrooms memorized
-- hey! if they can make props of rivenese weapons, why not make props of Sirrus Channelwood dagger? Or Achenar's snappy-mouth-podium, eh?!
-- you have all of Achenar's "chants" memorized
... [ SCRIPTS ]
Click the name of the boy whose scripts you'd like to read. This is pretty much everything each of them say from Myst -- when you bring them pages, when you let them out and everything in between. ;D So here they are!: Sirrus & Achenar!
